She has ventured to Paris to define the art of French Pastries. Working as a Pastry Chef for hotels and catering companies of the highest caliber have made it easy to decide to open what is now known as Parker’s only gourmet bakery.
Our bakers have come up with ways to fuse their love of food and their obsession with fresh, sumptuous, and, at times, unique ingredients to make some of the most delicious and memorable treats around. Hilary makes from scratch, a large variety of classical French pastries as well as many of her own creations.
