All of our Gluten free pastries are made from scratch, without gluten (no wheat). Everyday, we have individual items to choose from at the bakery. If you would like a cake, quiche, pie, or large quantity of pastries, please allow at least three days notice . Most of our products contain eggs, dairy and soy.

If you would like to request something you’re craving, call us and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request.
We will always have at least 6 items to choose from in the bakery. If you would like something specific, please call three days ahead.
